What is The Northwest Group, LLC’s Return Policy?

Purchases* made on The Northwest’s ecommerce site (www.thenorthwest.com) may be returned at the customer’s expense for any reason within 30 days of shipment if un-washed, un-used and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. The Northwest Group, LLC does not cover return shipping costs or services if the customer chooses to return an item. If you receive the wrong item or damaged item, please contact customer service by calling: 1 (516) 484-6996 or by emailing: help@thenorthwest.com  Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 5-7 business days from receipt. Original shipping costs are also not refunded.

How do I start the return process?

Please begin the return or exchange process by calling: 1 (516) 484-6996 or by emailing: help@thenorthwest.com. A return RA will be issued by a customer service representative, then the return must be sent to one of our warehouses. The address and all necessary information will be given by the customer service representative.

 

What should I do if I made a purchase from a Northwest Retailer?

All returns and/or exchanges must be processed through the retailers where the products were originally purchased. Further, purchases made on Amazon, must be returned to Amazon.

 

REFUNDS

When should I expect a Refund?

All refunds are given once the returns are received back to one of our warehouses.

 

How long do Refunds take?

Both PayPal and credit card refunds take about 5-7 business days to be processed, depending on the bank and processing.
