Every year my son wants a Seahawks backpack for school. These aren’t easy to find in stores. This year I found him one at thenorthwest.com and I was really pleased with the quality. It’s actually designed to carry a laptop so it has a special padded pocket in the main compartment for protection. Since Jackson is only in 4th grade, he doesn’t have a bunch of books to carry (or a laptop). He just needs space for his lunch and a folder so this works perfectly. The backpack features padded shoulder straps and back panel for comfort which is really nice because we do have a short walk to and from the bus stop everyday. The front zippered compartment and side pockets allow quick access to smaller items — I never know what I’ll find in there! Sometimes it’s Pokemon cards or little football guys. His favorite things seem to find their way into these pockets!

The backpack measures 18.5”H x 12”L x 6”W and is mainly black with grey accents. The Seahawks logo and name are embroidered and displayed to declare his love of our home team. He’s a proud 12th man and loves his new backpack!

If you aren’t a Seahawks fan (*gasp!*) other teams are also available in the “Franchise” backpack. Other styles and team gear are also available. Find out more by visiting www.thenorthwest.com.
