Position:

Licensing Coordinator - Sports and Entertainment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist the licensing team with all daily tasks, including, but not limited to:
  • 1. Generation of Monthly Sales Reports
  • 2. Updating Licensor Retail Placement grids
  • 3. Sample Requests/product request
  • 4. Support Royalties- Inputting information for Licensor royalty reports
  • 5. Monthly Sales Reports
  • 6. Generation of ongoing sales tools
  • 7. Scheduling and Assisting with Tradeshows

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Must exhibit excellent attention to detail, good organizational & follow-through skills
  • Must have strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Must be passionate about licensing

We are seeking the right individual to act as the liaison between customers & cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product and to serve to understand the customer's demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales for the company as a result.

Position:

Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 1. Responsible for the developing, maintaining & improving relationships with customers & connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
  • 2. Act as a liaison between sales and production teams to facilitate communication
  • 3. Tracks an order from its placement until the product is delivered
  • 4. Work with warehouse team to ensure goods are shipped timely & properly
  • 5. Manage workflow and day to day logistics
  • 6. Ensure successful and timely delivery of product
  • 7. Maintain a clean open order book keeping delivery dates up to date, ensuring price, quantity & case pack information is valid & reviewing blanket orders
  • 8. Manage multiple projects with various timelines simultaneously
  • 9. Communicate regularly with client on status, time-line, deliverables, performance reporting, and other follow-up items
  • 10. Determine where value can be added to our customers
  • 11. Coordinate and participate in all internal client-related meetings, keeping on top of client's projects and current status; responsible for related internal follow-up
  • 12. Search for better and improved systems within the department
  • 13. Checks inventory and provides shipping and pricing information
  • 14. Introduce and implement KPI’s
  • 15. Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree required

Position:

Item Setup & Update Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assigns item numbers for new products of all varieties
  • Assembles item set up data and inputs this data consistently, and in multiple data levels, into the JD Edwards database in order to create information with integrity
  • Maintains active, inactive and discontinued items
  • Copies items, BOMs, and routings across multiple manufacturing units as needed
  • Facilitates the acquisition of vendor setup information and the update of any existing supplier information in order to facilitate purchases and minimize variances
  • Creates and administers item setup forms designed to aid the buyers in gathering the information required by the database, and in creating consistency across the Enterprise item database
  • Interacts with team members to aid the process of data collection as needed
  • Ensures that the item setup is accurate, such as case packs, measurements, etc. Works with the Sales and other Support teams to consistently provide this information
  • Setup of cost sheets and analysis of costs including forecasting cost

Job Requirements:

  • 4 Year Bachelor Degree in Business
  • Must have strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong data entry ability and advanced knowledge in MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, quality and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to pick up new computer systems with ease
  • Strong problem solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlines

Product Development Technical Designer

Position:

Product Development Technical Designer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in new product development for upcoming meeting and markets
  • Collaborate between design, development and production on accurate pricing & accurate specs
  • Will be working closely with Director of Product Development and product design team
  • Requesting and filing pricing from factories
  • Follow up daily with all factories, to ensure products achieve necessary milestones
  • Investigate and assist as needed in trouble shooting problems related to patterns, construction, fill and embellishments
  • Track samples and quality check/measure samples that come in against spec created
  • Determine construction standards, grading rules, and acceptable variances for new products
  • Research and resolve pattern and construction issues
  • Drive and evolve a Technical Design strategy; operations, methods, measures of effectiveness

Job Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate needs to be able to multitask and must be a team player
  • Must have great organizational, and communication skills.
  • MUST be deadline-driven and pro-active with a strong sense of priority and follow-through
  • Needs to have experience creating spec sheets and tech packs for designs to be given to factories with detailed instruction on sizes, fabrication, fill, GSM’s
  • Needs to be available to speak with China when necessary at night
  • Drive for continual improvement and innovation within PD department
  • Open to possible travel to China if needed
  • Will help with showroom setup and breakdown
  • Material/fabrication knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office
